Our area occupies 25 hectares planted with Gamay (3 ha), Pineau d'Aunis (9 ha), Chenin (8 ha), Cabernet Franc (2 ha), Pinot Black (2 ha) and Chardonnay (1 ha). It benefits from a very old vines Aunis (1890), Chenin (80 years) which furnishes some flint clay slopes that tilt toward Thore la Rochette.
According to the soils, soils are clay-siliceous and calcareous clay.

Culture:

The vine is a traditional way: planting at 1.10 m / 1.40 m, density of 7000 vines / ha, Guyot simple short-till winter and summer superficial ways.

The vineyard is organic farming, with traceability practices, from planting to marketing, tested and certified by the Quality Office France.

We offer lots of 6 bottles that you can complete later knowing that we will deliver a minimum of 12.
